What Is The Causes And How to Avoid Depression in Modern World

Introduction:

If you search the record of history, you will find that man of any age has not been free from various kinds of mental confusions. Man of every age has been facing more or less severe stress and strain in different matters. Every era brings some challenges, and every challenge has to be dealt with to some extent.

It never happened that there was no mental confusion for human beings. It is generally accepted that those with poor financial status experience more stress. Likewise, it is not. Stress is of different types, i.e. in any case when the balance is not maintained then the pressure on the mind increases and the person feels himself going towards a dead end.

What is depression?

Depression is commonly referred to as depression. The same word is used for severe recession. The word depression is also used in many other cases. In the case of human beings, the use of this word is primarily for a condition caused by the pressure of circumstances.

The main causes of depression:

Today's man suffers from severe depression. There are many reasons for this. The main reason is that the pressure on resources is increasing. Like every age, today's man also wants fulfillment of many of his desires, but he has lagged far behind in terms of resources.

In such cases, it is natural for the mind to be under severe pressure. Experts say that depression is actually less of a disease and more of a symptom of the disease. In many cases, we find ourselves confused and compelled. Many desires are far from being fulfilled. In such cases, the mind keeps feeling intense pressure.

In some cases, we have been able to keep up with stress. If an issue is not within our reach, and we are not in a position to resolve it after a lot of effort, then there is pressure on the mind. It is a matter of coercion. For example, if one decides to become the head of a large organization, then the question arises whether he has the required capacity and ability to do so.

There is nothing to be gained by mere desire. And then irrational desire? It was a matter of oppressing one's own existence. To want anything beyond one's means is tantamount to putting one's own neck in the snare of troubles.

One of the causes of depression is economic instability:

Today, there are more economic inequalities. This is also a natural process because the populations of states and cities have greatly increased. In such a situation, the conflict has also increased.

Everyone wants a lot. Everyone wants success, but no one determines how much success. Wanting success in various fields without keeping one's resources and abilities in mind puts extraordinary pressure on the heart and mind. This is what happens in any irrational case.

Ways to avoid depression:

There are many ways to prevent depression. In general, people feel that taking a few medications can lower stress levels. It is possible, but it is not possible. Stress is not about the brain, it's about the mind. The brain is a lump of flesh fibers. The result of the action that takes place in the mind.

Mental illness can be treated with medication. Medications are not as essential to the treatment of mental illness as counseling is. Scientific and ethical training is essential for stress relief. This fact is ignored.

Experts point out that in order to get rid of depression, one has to move towards orientation and conditioning. There is a lot in our environment that has a very negative effect on the heart and mind. In order to get rid of these negative effects, it is necessary to provide mental training.

There is a lot involved in mental training. Man also has to consult, read, read, exchange ideas and participate in discussions. Bringing out whatever comes to mind paves the way for its proper use. If the mind is confused, then it is wise to describe the confusion in full detail.

If a matter is stuck in the mind, then man is unnecessarily entangled in many other matters. This condition does not leave him able to engage in any work. When man is not interested in his affairs, then the desired results of hard work cannot be made possible.

Thus, the complexity of the mind increases. If many issues remain stuck in the mind, that is, if they are not brought out, then the issues get complicated. All this is man's own doing.

No society is completely free or safe from depression. Can't be Depression is a condition that is caused by a variety of factors. Only those who work day and night can manage to keep depression at a low risk. Many successful people have been diagnosed with severe depression.

Like extreme poverty, unparalleled financial well-being can lead to depression. Depression has been found in families who are considered strong in all three cases, as well as those who are considered to be intellectually, morally and economically backward.

Each condition has its own effects. Some people get depressed when they fail in every aspect of life, and some people get depressed just because they feel they have to maintain their full success in all situations. Achieving success is not as much of a challenge as it is of trying hard to maintain it.

The most developed societies in the West, or the most backward societies in the Third World, all suffer from depression to some degree. The general opinion of experts is that only those who are willing to adapt to the changing circumstances can be very safe from severe depression.

The market for change is hot at the moment. A lot of changes as you look at it. Revolutionary changes have taken place in some areas. And this trend has not stopped yet. It is very dangerous for someone to remain static in such a situation. Man must change according to the environment. Failure to do so paves the way for mental retardation.

This mental retardation paves the way for depression. Changing circumstances motivate man to prepare for competition. Not responding to the call of circumstances forces man to compromise in most matters. Developed societies take great care to combat depression.

In societies like Pakistan, there are few who pay attention to this. At the governmental level, there is nothing to suggest that protecting the public from depression is one of the top priorities.

Summary/Conclusion:

If examined in the light of the standards set by the experts, about 30% of the people in Pakistani society will be found to be suffering from severe depression. Today's Pakistan needs an extraordinary level of awareness regarding mental health.

People need to be made aware in different ways that depression does not arise or end on its own. It is important to look at the factors that cause depression. Anyone who is interested in realism can try and succeed in avoiding depression. The only question is whether there is a willingness to accept stress realistically.
